We expect the hearty co-operation of all parents in the working of the School. A general meeting of the parents will be held in the beginning of the year. An Executive Committee of 12 members will be formed from this general body. The President and Vice President are elected from the general body. The Principal will be the convenor of the PTA. The term of the Executive is one year.
After each examination class wise open house will be held.In that meeting Various academic matters, level of their ward, the teaching and discipline of the class etc. will be discussed.
Guardian shall come to the school occasionally and discuss with the teachers. But they would not try to meet the teachers when the classes are going on.
Suggestions for the improvement of the school are always welcome.
Visiting hours of parents on every Mondays’ and Fridays’. Time: 3.10 p.m. to 3.45 p.m.
Remedial classes also arranged for slow learners on Mondays and Fridays’

Parents are requested to actively participate in making the school as the best among schools, by offering the suggestions. They are requested to make such suggestions in writing and drop them in the “Suggestion Box” kept in the school
